- バーベキューと周辺の飲食店について
Is BBQ available? / Are there restaurants nearby?（バーベキューはできますか？） - As we are located in the city center, BBQ facilities are not available. However, there are excellent local restaurants, including two popular Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) spots within a 5-minute walk.
誠に恐れ入りますが、市街地に位置するため当施設でのバーベキューはご遠慮いただいております。徒歩5分圏内に地元の人気焼肉店が2店舗ございますので、ぜひローカルの味をお楽しみください。
- お子様の宿泊について
Can children stay at the villa?
（子供も宿泊できますか？） - Children are welcome. Please note that the villa features an elevated ceramic bathtub and an open-flame fireplace without safety fences. We kindly ask parents to supervise young children closely.
ご宿泊いただけます。ただし、館内には高さのある信楽焼の浴槽や、フェンスのないバイオエタノール暖炉がございます。安全のため、小さなお子様からは目を離さないようお願い申し上げます。

Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
（バリアフリー対応ですか？） - As our villa is a renovated traditional building, there is a step between the entrance (Doma) and the living room. Therefore, it is not fully barrier-free.
古い建物をリノベーションしている構造上、土間とリビングの入り口に段差がございます。完全なバリアフリー対応の施設ではございませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Can I send my luggage in advance?
（事前に荷物を送ることはできますか？） - Yes, luggage forwarding is available. Since the receiving address differs from the villa, please contact us after your booking is confirmed for instructions.

Are there convenience stores nearby?
（近くにコンビニはありますか？） - Yes, Lawson (convenience store) at Shinano Omachi Station is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are also within a short driving distance.
徒歩10分に「ローソン 信濃大町駅前店」がございます。また、お車で数分の距離に大型スーパーもございますので、買い出しにも便利な立地です。

- レンタルサイクルについて
Do you have rental bicycles at the villa?
（レンタルサイクルはありますか？） - We do not have bicycles, but high-performance e-bikes can be rented at the Tourism Association in front of the station (Advance booking required: 3,000 JPY for 4 hours).
当館にはございませんが、駅前の観光協会でe-bike（電動自転車）がレンタル可能です（前日までの要予約／4時間3,000円）。
